Detailed Contact Databases

Manage and store data about your list of contacts - information that LegendMail collects is stored in a database and is classified by each contact's name. This database is searchable, so you can review information about each individual contact. The database can also be integrated with and can pull information from other external databases at your business.

Message Builder

The LegendMail Message Builder makes it easy to create high-impact html email, or plain text messages. With the message builder anyone at your business can create customized e-mails for a large number of opt-in e-mail recipients. The message builder is a process that leads you through each step of creating customized messages.

Reporting

See how your investment is working for you - Our e-mail reporting tools give you insight into how effective your e-mail campaigns are. After you've sent out an e-mail through LegendMail, you can review, in real time, what percentage of recipients are opening the e-mails and what percentage are responding to the e-mails.
