No spam
When you purchase the Legend Mail e-mail delivery system, you're
not only getting all of the tools that it provides to send
sophisticated e-mails, you're getting the integrity and good
business practices of the Leepfrog name.
We do not send spam through our servers.
Ever.
Our anti-spam policy is extremely strict, and that means our
outbound e-mail is whitelisted by many IPSs and anti-spam
organizations, so your legitimate e-mail gets top priority.
Testing
We make sure your e-mail reaches the major ISPs by regularly
auditing large ISPs and mail providers (such as Earthlink, MSN and
AOL) to ensure that our messages are reaching those large
audiences.
Persistence
If mail doesn't reach its destination, then we keep trying. We
re-try e-mails once per hour for three days for transient failures.
We never retry permanent failures (doing so can trigger anti-spam
filters). Other mail houses might try just once or twice, or will
keep trying "known bad" e-mails.
Communication
We'll keep you informed about the state of your e-mail
communications, so you know how your investment is working for you.
We provide detailed summary reports which include count of
successes, invalid e-mail notifications ("hard" bounces), or e-mail
that was undeliverable for another reason ("soft" bounces). You may
download lists of unsuccessful deliveries to clean your database.
We also provide detailed delivery reports: the results of each
delivery attempt made by our system, including the full text of
"soft" bounces.
