PageLeaf is equipped with a powerful Form Builder which enables
page authors to build any number of forms. Usually compiling and
verifying the data from these forms requires a large time investment.
When a page visitor fills out and submits a form built through
PageLeaf however, the information is sent to PageLeaf’s
Response Manager.
The Response Manager automates tasks that would otherwise require
large time investments if done by hand. It validates the form which
prevents it from being used by spammers. It re-validates the data
received. It also verifies that the form submission is unique,
preventing one person from re-submitting the form over and over again
and throwing off the validity of the data collected.
Finally it can email the results of the form to the author, and save
the results in the database. If it saves the results in a database,
then the author can review the data and browse the data results, export
it to excel, or deleting specific records. Once collected and verified,
the data can also be integrated into other tools, such as a portal or
InstantRapport, Leepfrog’s managed instant messenger.
