SiteLegend Detail

SiteLegend has two distinct interfaces: the Client Interface, where your clients engage the system and find custom content, and the Administrative Interface, where information is added to the system.

Client Features

  • Password protected portal area: Clients may create a personalized password-protected portal area that contains information customized to their specified interests.
  • Message boards: Used for communicating with other clients.
  • Sales representative chat functionality: If the clients don't find their answers anywhere else on the website, or if they just want the personal attention, they may talk to a sales representative directly through a real-time chat tool.
  • Documents library: This library may contain PDF or Word files for user manuals, catalogs, product brochures, etc.
  • News and Events Calendar: This helps clients keep up to date with the activities, press releases, seminars, new products, etc. coming out of your business.
