Primarily entails getting exports from your course database, integrating with your authentication systems, setting up the system, and verifying the environment.


Leepfrog works with our clients to make customizable adjustments to the software to better work for your environment. We have made customizations at almost all of our clients, and made major modifications for many of them. CourseLeaf can match the overall look and feel of your site using style sheets, allowing you to change the visual presentation, fonts, colors, logos, navigation, etc.


Training is provided to administrators, IT staff, and end-users. For end-users, the training is actually a workshop where they are trained for one hour and then perform actual work editing the catalog or curriculum items to maximize user adoption.

Content Migration

Leepfrog will take the last catalog year's data and transition it in to the CourseLeaf solution. Leepfrog will set up the catalog, including setting up links to the database. Leepfrog takes your catalog and puts on the web an edited, working catalog ready for immediate use.

Accuracy & Presentation

CourseLeaf performs accuracy checks to compare catalog data to SIS data, greatly improving catalog quality. Leepfrog performs these checks as a standard implementation procedure and will flag and correct inaccuracies prior to launch.

Hosting or Deployment Support

Leepfrog offers the option to host your catalog on our servers, or on University servers, depending on the needs of the client.

Ongoing Support Services

Technical Support

Leepfrog provides unlimited phone and email support to designated individuals, via a 1-800 number, email, and trouble ticket system. The university designates two points of contact from the registrar’s office and two points of contact from the IT staff, who serve as the initial point of contact for other staff. Phone support is available 8:30a.m. to 7:30p.m. Central time Monday through Friday except holidays.

Upgrades and Modifications

Leepfrog provides access to software upgrades and updates, including new features, as they are released. The University can implement these upgrades on its own timetable, at which point Leepfrog will implement if hosted or provide support if deployed. Over the past three years, Leepfrog has released a major upgrade annually and minor upgrades quarterly.

Refresher Training

Leepfrog provides online refresher training on an annual basis.
